Extrastaff is a highly professional and successful recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary driving & industrial personnel and operate from 28 locations across the UK. Recently we have moved all of our teams online to work remotely and actually increased the number of temps working weekly despite the current economic situation. This is something we will look to take forward along with the branch and client based work in the future.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to work on site within our clients premises

Working days will be:-

 

Friday - 07:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour break)

Saturday 12:00pm to 9:30pm  (1 hour break)

Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour break)

Monday & Tuesday - 07:30am to 5:00pm (1 hour break)

Wednesday and Thursday off

Must be flexible with start and finish times in line with the needs of the business/client

  

Essential requirements;

  • Must be computer literate - Microsoft Word, Outlook, good Excel knowledge is essential.
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task whilst prioritising work
  • Good time keeping
  • Willing to learn and progress
  • Confident telephone and face-to-face manner

Duties to include;

  • Preparing and processing payroll weekly
  • Registering applicants
  • Ensuring all compliance documentation is provided
  • Ordering office supplies/PPE
  • Dealing with client and candidate queries/issues
  • Resourcing applicants
  • Providing general assistance to the on site coordinators
  • Handling in-bound calls
  • Assisting with check in process
  • Administering ID cards & uniform
